The Future is IRL: Why We’re Building TGS Con 2025
In moments like these, clarity won't come from more noise. It will require from sharper, deeper, in-person conversations. Here's why we're betting big on that.
Do you feel it? Whether you’re building or helping grow a B2B company right now, it’s happening — the ground shifting beneath your feet.
The playbooks that worked five years ago are crumbling. The growth-at-all-costs era is over. And profitability is the main metric for… well… everyone.
Channels are saturated. Outbound is a bit of a mess. Ads are more expensive and less effective. Data is everywhere. Attribution is nowhere.
And then there’s AI.
If it feels like a lot, that’s because it is. We’re currently navigating a moment where everything is changing — and yet the noise has never been this loud.
Everyone has a hot take. Everyone has a framework. Everyone has a “proven” playbook. But few people are actually figuring out what works now, in real time, with skin in the game.
And that’s exactly why we’re building TGS Con.
Not because the world needs another conference. But because we think the next generation of B2B growth will come about in person — by real people, tackling real problems, face-to-face.
And the existing conferences? They’re not cutting it.
How We’re Building TGS Con 2025
We built TGS Con to create a different kind of in-person experience.
One designed by practitioners, for practitioners.
This isn’t a three-day hypefest saturated with sponsored talks and surface-level panels.
No cookie-cutter keynotes.
No recycled LinkedIn advice.
No “thought leaders” who haven’t executed much of anything in years.
Instead, we’re vetting and curating a room full of founders, leaders, GTM experts, and investors. The people who are building, scaling, and solving the toughest problems in B2B right now.
We’re bringing them together in Amsterdam this September to tackle the biggest questions, like:
How do you build sustainable demand on the path to profitability?
What does a modern GTM motion look like in 2025?
How are the best companies aligning marketing and sales?
What role will thought leadership play in the era of AI?
And we’re doing it all in a format that reflects how people actually learn, connect, and grow.
Tracks for B2B Founders and GTM Leaders
We know that conferences mean different things to different people.
And we’ve gotten a bit tired of conferences trying to be all things to all people.
That’s why we’re building TGS Con around two distinct tracks:
Founders, Executives, and Investors
Focused on strategic discussions, including capital allocation, product-market fit, pricing, scalability, and what the next wave of B2B business models will look like.Marketing, Growth, and GTM Leaders
Focused on tactical execution, like channel strategy, team design, creative that cuts through, and attribution that actually helps you make decisions.
Whether you’re setting the vision or driving the numbers, this event is built to give you something you can use the next day.
Not vague inspiration. Not a PDF of quotes. Actual next steps.
We’re creating a space where you can go deep on the hard stuff, get unfiltered advice from people who’ve been there, and leave feeling like you’ve gained something besides a headache.
Why IRL Still Matters
There’s a reason we’re doing this in Amsterdam.
And there’s a reason it’s not virtual.
That’s because the most important conversations don’t happen on stage.
They happen in the hallways, over coffee, during dinner. They happen when smart people are in the same room, asking each other hard questions and sharing what’s really going on.
And that’s what we’re doing. We’re putting smart people in the same room, giving them the space to explore ideas, and asking them to listen and lean in.
We believe that the future of B2B growth is going to be shaped by communities like this — tight-knit, transparent, and relentlessly focused on what works.
TGS Con is how we bring all of that to life.
The Big Question: Do You Want In?
If you’re a B2B founder, marketing innovator, or GTM leader who’s tired of the noise and ready to get to work — you’ve found your people.
We’re curating the guest list, shaping the content with care, and making sure every session delivers value, not fluff. Also, sales pitches are strictly persona non grata.
You’ll leave with new ideas, clarity on your next steps, and a network of people who are building at your level. All you have to do is book your ticket.
